You won’t stand out if you don’t stand out. – Tip #2

Wrap your content with an engaging and interesting style and tone

If your copy reads like a textbook or a generic infomercial you won’t keep the attention of your reader. Add some sauce, make your steamed chicken of a product feature excite the taste buds.

Use colorful language combined with metaphors, similes and poignant stories to break out of the drab cloth that most marketing is dressed in. However, don’t go too ham… Balance the gusto with substance and you’ll have yourself marketing that doesn’t feel like marketing. Avoid worth smithing for the sake of wordsmithing if there’s little or no substance to what you’re trying to say, don’t let your ego override your message.
